Received a call from 321-249-1594 this morning. I answered the phone and an eletronic message was played after a few seconds of silence. It said something along the lines of:
"You are paying too much interest on your credit card. This is your last chance to reduce your rates. Press one to speak to an agent..." I pressed one. As soon as I started requesting to have my number removed, they hung up, without even letting me finish my sentence. I called back, hoping to get the number for the company and the call was answered by someone who immediately asked me "Did you call to reduce your interest rates?" When I said "No, actually I..." they hung up on me. As they called again, I tried once more to tell them to remove my number from the database, and they again hung up on me before I could finish a sentence.
It seems to be a rule among those scammers to be rude at all times.
The company is located somewhere in Florida - I'll be reporting the SOBs to the Better business bureau.
