Got this call several times , twice we've answered. Once I hung up , the second time my hubby answered and thought it was actually Microsoft. I went in to investigate, saw him typing in letters on the computer, told him to stop and do not enter !!! lucky for me he did.  I took over the conversation on the phone and the heavily accented man on the phone keep trying to get me to do the same. I questions him several times about who and what company he was from, he said Microsoft,and just keep referring back to my computer. I told him we weren't going there until I verified who he was. He then got mad and raised his voice right then I new he was not from Microsoft!!  He keep on saying Mam ,if you don't believe me hang up and call Microsoft and ask them. I said ok I will. he then quickly hung up the phone!!
Just want you all to know that I contacted Microsoft, they had me fill out a questionnaire and report it!
ATTENTION EVERYONE AND ANYONE;   IF A PHONE CALL OR A QUERY ON YOUR COMPUTERS E-MAIL IS PRESENT DO NOT RESPOND;  MICROSOFT   'DOES NOT NOTIFY YOU FOR ANYTHING.PERIOD........YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE PHONE CALL OR INITATE ON YOU COMPUTER.....................
