"Frank" from Banker's Life Insurance called me about a position they have open. I asked if was a programming position since that's my profession and he said it was an insurance sales agent position. He then said that he didn't want me to think I was changing careers and that he would connect me to his manager to get more information. I again asked if this has anything to do with programming and he said no. I told him I didn't want to be an insurance salesman and told him not to call me. (I didn't even talk to his manager.)
I'm on the FTC and state Do Not Call list, but I think he got my information from my resume on a job site such as Monster.

Although the number is a Orlando, FL area code, I wasn't able to verify if the job was actually in Orlando.

Call came in from Orlando, Florida. Since I don't know anyone in Orlando, I opened the line for 5 seconds and hung up. From the other comments that. Have seen, it is a voice activated message that doesn't seem to be working.

Got a call just now. Our answering machine message played and a man said "Hello?" and hung up. My husband is in a tech field. He's not looking for an insurance or marketing job. :P
