Its a debt collector/credit card. They call with all sorts of numbers and then no one answers... I have called back several of the numbers to find out who is calling....and its credit one bank and whoever is calling is based in India so understanding them is pretty difficult....if they want to outsource they need to make sure the employees have a rudimentary knowledge of the English language..
