When I answered, a recorded voice said "Goodbye" and hung up.  I called back and a recorded voice says "Hello...If you'd like to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called you, please press 1 now (long pause), (repeat message)".  No other options given.

Yup I got a call from this number on July 7, 2014 saying Carmen wanted to lower the interest rate on my credit card.  I played along with her. She asked me how much money I owed on my credit cards, I lied and said $7,000 and then she asked over how many credit cards, I lied and said 2.  Then she asked what my current interest rate was and how she was going to help me lower my interest rate.  But first I had to provide my credit card number so she could verify that my credit card was in good standing.  At that point I asked if I could be removed from their calling list, she got ANGRY and stated she would continue to call me and that I had wasted her time.  I laughed and told her that I was very HAPPY that I wasted her time. HA!  They are trying to phish for your credit card number.  FRAUD, these people are thieves!!!

I HAVE RECEIVED 46 TOTAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER WANTING TO SELL SOME CREDIT SERVICES THING, EVEN THO I TELL THEM IM NOT INTERESTED I STILL AM GETTING SPAM CALLS

We regularly get a call from this number but no-one ever answers. Either answer or quit calling. If it doesn't change I will report it to the proper authority and get it stopped.

They claim to be able to lower interest rate on credit cards. Requested to be off their list but they robo call twice a day
