If this is infact the Home Improvement Store...here is my story. I signed up of a drawing in the local mall to win free window installation. Little did I know that it is a scam to get your information and to cold call you 5-10 times a day. I answered and they said you are entered in a drawing for $10,000 in home improvements and blah blah blah then they proceeded to tell me they were coming to my house to do an estimate and I told them to immediately take my name off their list and do not call ever again....that was about 7 years ago. I have delt with manager after manager promising my name is off their list and yet today I received a call from them yet again. I guess I'm going to pull up some old email strings and email the manager yet again and this time I am telling him I'm reporting their company to the BBB. This is ridiculous..... 320-403-1114

I don't know about the spoofing part other than there are several scammers using that technology, but the home improvement company is legit.  I actually did enter a drawing years ago for $10,000 worth of home repair/remodeling, they keep your information until you win, so even though it was years ago, we are still eligible.  And someone else could have put your names into the drawing as well, I have entered my sister in a few, just need a first name and phone number.  I did talk to a manager and ask about the pushiness of the callers.  They are trained to try to get you to schedule an estimate, I complained about that tactic.

Yes I did sign up for a free remolding at a wedding and a Baba Expo in St Cloud. I just called the 1-800-557-2701 number and asked to be taken off the called list... It sounds like that it should be taken care of with in 24 hours, let's hope that is all it is going to take!
