The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.

This number is not being "spoofed".  The previous post is completely inacurate.  No one is having trouble with the number 320-363-0111 and it is not affiliated with any collection agency.

If you receive a call from 320-363-0111 please take it seriously and return the call. Thank you.

Thanks for your shilly post, Tim. Wanna tell us what company this is and WHY one ought to take the call "seriously?"

This number is a "State of Minnesota" government number.  Being a 320 area code means it is based in central MN.

It has nothing to do with Delta Outsource Group, in MO.  Thanks.

Yet it's not listed on ANY official government site. You've given us NO reason to believe this isn't just a spoofed, false number.
