Got text messeges from this number saying his name is Brandon Collins, calling about a car we have for sell in my town. He said he awaits our call but we tried calling back and no answer

Received a text within the hour of posting some car parts here in Oklahoma. Said he would pay full price, overnight a check and I needed to give him my address for a pick up. The message was too structured. Example I await you text - My mode of payment Offered to pay full price with no questions about the parts I mean come on who talks like this ? MN area code scam I did not even respond. I should have followed the rules and put down cash only and pick up only.

I just received a text from this number within an hour of posting my vehicle. In regards to what Big Dog said, hes absolutely right it seems very structured and to fishy. Its not worth the risk in my opinion

I posted two cars  on Craigslist and got two messages back immediately. Phone never rang, don't know how that happened.  Got to be a scam.

My son and I received a text within a couple hors of posting a car on craigslist. I had both numbers in the ad. My sister also listed her suv on craigslist, and got the same text a couple hours after she posted it. He said "I'm ok with the price and condition". overnight a check and I needed to give him my address for a pick up. The message was too structured. Example I await you text - My mode of payment will be via a certified bank check, and mkaiol it to you next day air by UPS. He said "all I need is your address to pick the car up". He also goes by the phone number 575-694-6054. THIS IS A SCAM. THIS IS A SCAM.
