don't answer unknown callers

I got a call from this number. It was short and sweet. It said simply, "Please call Kohl's department store." I'm not usually one to follow the direction of a robot, but in this case I was so baffled by the situation, being that I've never shopped there in my life, that I couldn't help but "call Kohl's". The lady in the store had no clue what was going on, suprise suprise, and in her attempt to connect me with customer service the phone call was dropped. All in all a weird experience.

Every time they call and I answer with "hello" there is no response.

It's some scamm-ish type student loan refinance company saying they want to help me refinance my student loans. They call me 3-5x/day and I have asked to be removed from their call list 3 times so far yet they keep calling me. I asked today for the 3rd time and the person hung up on me.

Oh and I forgot, they never leave a voice message when they call you.
