This number 319-988-1962, identified by their recording as Career Advising Center, keeps calling my cell phone, my cell phone number is already on the national do not call registry. I called this number and when I asked if the guy that answered is the person that keeps calling me ,he hung up.  This is a Sprint owned cell phone number operating as a telemarketer.   I am complaining to Sprint.
