I got a call from this number at about 11:50 AM CST. There wasn't even a message left. Just silence on the voice mail left. I never pick up my phone when there is a number I don't recognize or that I know isn't coming from a food delivery service/driver. The do not call lost is very ineffective. I am on that list, and I still get scammed and spammers calling me from out of state.

The recording got cut off, but it was a telemarketer call: "...can benefit from this program today. Please press 1 to speak to an agent right now."
How can I report this? Marketing calls to cell phones without express consent is illegal, and not TCPA compliant, per a recent Supreme Court decision.

This number has called me several times and left a voicemail each time saying, "goodbye." I have received calls from other numbers with the same voicemail. I am getting sick of these useless phone calls. It is also kind of scary.
