Picked up call from this number but did not receive a response; I believe they disconnected when they heard a voice.

I am getting many calls from 319-790-4367.  I do not know the number.  No one is there when I answer.  They do not leave a message when I don't answer.  I wish they would stop bugging me.  I am getting several call from many different places.

I also recieved a call from this number, but I did not answer, figuring I would just Google the number when I got home to see if it was anything White Pages. Then I saw this post. Who is this person (or entity) from Cedar Rapids that is trying to call me? They only called once so far (in the past 24 hours) and I did not answer. I also have a generic voicemail. I hope that's enough if they are telemarketers.

This number should seriously stop calling me if they cannot speak

The number belongs to YellowBook. I own a small business so it might be related to that.
