Called the number back and got "not in service" message

What a scam, get a call about lowering my credit card interest rate. When the guy with the Indian accent comes on I ask him what company this is. He says it the Visa company, what is my credit card number. I said no thanks, I'm not going to tell him that. He spewed out foul language nonstop until I hung up calling me every name he could come up with.

Called my cell. Caller ID Burlington, IA. Did not answer. Caller did not leave message. Blocked number.

Called my DNC cell, no MSG left. Thanks to members for reporting
