Likely scumbags spoofing "319 351-3130" with equally dubious CID "Iowa City, IA" called and bounced off my call blockers.
A web check implies the number is for a place in "Coralville IA" NOT Iowa City.  A call to the number gets a "NOT IN SERVICE" message from the Telecom.
Yelps "sez the number 319 351-3130 is associated with a business called:
Body and Balance - Gyms - Coralville, IA - Reviews... http://www.yelp.com/biz/body-and-balance-coralville
Get Directions; Phone number (319) 351-3130. Business website herbodyandbalance.com · Active Life Fitness & Instruction Gyms Beauty & Spas Day Spas.

I have no business with the place IF IT ACTUALLY EXISTS...  Since the number gets bounced with a "NOT In Service" message from the telecom when called AND my CPR "Big Red Button" call blocker caught the data stream as "4494" and NOT the phone number (319) 351-3130 - it is indicating a scumbag trying tricky crap to get the unsuspecting to pick up.  There is little reason for a "Coralville" business to have an "Iowa City, IA" CID showing.  Coralville and Iowa City are near each other, but the businesses of each town promote their individual municipalities.

These are likely the same lame Scumbags that were calling with this series of numbers back in summer 2014

These are similar series numbers that have called in the past few weeks and months:
319 351-3131 CID “Iowa City, IA” Called and got "Out Of Service" Telecom Message
319 351-3133 CID “Schulce Lowell”  Went Dormant in 2014 - returned a month or so ago
Have called 48 times since 2014 3 of them recently - several
Of the following numbers are the same general situation - dormant since 2014.
319 382-3337 CID "Unavailable"
339 201-9313 CID "Bnk Crd Advocat”
319 351-3137 CID "Your Tanning Ba"  Actually seems to be a business, but
they said they had not called my number-I have no business with them.
515 351-3131 CID “I Wireless”
319 351-3136 CID “Jia Le” 1st Called back in 2014 called again starting a month of so ago

Return of the scum using "319 351-3130" CID "Iowa City IA" with a call that used the plain jane phone number approach after trying the digital not a phone number techno crap trick.
No luck with that bogus second call with 319 351-3130 so not the phone is ringing a few hrs later with another bogus number "305 455-9450" CID "Unassigned".  Another one in to the Call Blocker Black List.
