Who owns this phone number?

This company has called 18 times in less than 24 hours. I gave asked to speak to a manager and they hang up. Frequently  they hang up upon answering the phone. They will not say what company that is calling

I don't know if anyone else looked up health insurance quotes, but I think that may be who they are.  They call 3 to 4 times in a span of 2 minutes.  I think they are possibly trying to sell health insurance, but really all they are doing is driving me nuts..

I have received 20 calls from this number in the last 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   It has something to do with affordable health care but they never define who they are calling with.   I have asked numerous times for them to remove me from their list and they continue to call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
