They do not have to obey Do Not Call list. They are exempt...
That doesn't mean that you need to be nice, if they annoy you..

What's with these people who call and no matter how many times you hang up on them they just keep calling!? I know no one in Iowa and I don't answer any numbers that I'm not familiar with---(just in case you're reading this jerk-offs!)
