Nobody on the line when I answer.  They are calling a non-profit animal shelter cell phone!  Probably another debt collector for the person who had this number before us.

This [***] keeps calling my cell phone 4 times a day, 5 times a week or MORE! When I answer they will not say anything & when the call goes to my voice mtail they will not leave a message. I have tried to find out who this jerk is by calling the the number only to be put on hold forever. I want this to stop NOW!!! [***] YOU VERY MUCH!
