I RECIEVE A TEXT AT12:45AM MAR.25TH. SAYING THAT WON 1000 FROM WAL-MART

I received a text message from 1(917) 680-8074 stating "Congratulations! You have been chosen to receive a $1000 Wal-Mart Gift Card. Please go to http:bit.ly/GNww2j and enter code 3212." I entered such code and I am yet to receive my $1000 Wal-Mart Gift Card. If I do not receive my $1000 gift card within the next 72 hours I will be forced to alert the proper authority in hopes to receive what has been advertised to me.

I recieved same $1000 Walmart gift  card message this morning telling me to go to a website and enter code to recieve card. This was recieved on my cell that I rarely use. How did they get this number?  My text was from 646-429-2399.
