Threatening to turn me over to district attorneys office. Wanted my ssn. How can i get them to stop calling?

This number called, bad connection, message cut off at beginning, threatening legal action if they did not hear from me or my attorney. Then cut off again.

I have received a call from this number as early as 6am. The msgs state a few numbers then cuts off.
