Alternatively, claims to be helping people get back into school.

"Joseph" who answers is not a real person. "Joseph" is a computer voice emulator that gives vague uninformative responses to whatever you say, asks a bunch of yes/no generic personal questions, then asks for full birth date.

Full birth date is an illegal question under federal employment law, unless you have already been hired.
