I'm not 100% certain, but I think this number is currently used by Diversified Consultants, a debt collector.

I have seen evidence to support what Benjamin posted, i.e. Diversified Consultants, debt collector telecom specific, based in Florida, calling with 317 area codes lately.  The technique they use is calling early with one ring only, then repeat from same number in the late afternoon or early evening.  They keep switching numbers.  prefixes are typically 317-982 or 317-981.
