We keep receiving calls for my husband from an ADP...Is this also Atlas Collections since 317-841-1843 is also their number? Some lady calls once a day...I mean, do they honestly not realize that maybe people ARE working?

No I mean do they really think that there actually going to get paid because im not paying them   lol   they call my job everyday same message so if they had your husband job number they would call there as well
