This is a collection agency--the number is from an Indianapolis IN, landline,  They keep leaving messages for a Justin Richards on my cell phone.  I do not know a Justin Richards, and feel they violated his rights by leaving those messages for me.  I called back and was spoken to very rudely by someone named Kim.  I am pursuing this with my State Attorney General's Consumer Division.  Other states have this service--you should use it to report these scum.  Even if I were this guy, I would deserve more courtesy than these slime extend.
