SPAM!
When calling the number back, it asks you to press "any digit and you will be removed from the list, processing could take up to 24 hours"... It's annoying.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone, a recording said scary things about the FBI in an attempt to get me to buy security services.
Telemarketing call to my cell phone: Illegal.
Not immediately connecting to a human when I picked up: Illegal.
I pressed 1 to get a human being (loosely defined) so I could tell him that I don't go to crooks for security services.
