Called my cell phone twice on 3/31 and once on 4/3. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message

Keeps calling multiple times a day. I answer because I want to let them know I don't want their calls and I'm on the do not call list but they never answer me. I try to call them back and it says disconnected!
