Man called for an employee that hasnt worked at company in years.  Asked caller what the call was in regards to he said Personal Business.  I suggested he call a personal number then.  He got rude and said this was the only number that he had.  I said sorry and he said ill just find him in you automated system then.  Thats fine since he isnt in it lol.  Jerks!!
