The caller, STRATEGIC MARKE ( displayed as ID on our phone ) called us @ 11:12, 12.18.2015 while we were out  of town. We returned home 16:00, 12.20.2015, I returned the call few times. a lady message told me " Try later.". I tried it again
I returned the call 12:01 noon. a man message indicated it is a marketing company. We have no bossiness with them.
According  http:800notes.com above, this number has been used to call people randomly since 12.10.2015.

It is a health insurance company for (i think) only indiana. I answered the phone and it was a call from Medwise with a question survey about the quality of their health programs, i.e. HIP, hoosier healthwise
