Seems she says her name is Monica Stevens and she is with a processing and fraud department telling me I had a payday loan back in 2011 I didn't pay back, she stated her client lent the month to a 3rd party who lent it to me and she doesn't know who that company is.  She answered the phone not professional and I warn people to never pay any monies to anyone just cause they call you and say you owe it and sound legal or even threaten to call the cops on you , although she did not.  she didn't even try to hard to get money.  she had a dollar amount with interest and penalties and a guess as to how much the original loan might have been.  I told her until you get me the exact name of the person I did not pay back and exact numbers and dates I would not be paying anyone, she told me she would gladly forward this information and avidavit  to the courts and I hung up.  They try to use legal jargon to scare you

Unless they can prove who the original lender was and that indeed you a) received the funds b) you failed to pay it back and can show clear title to the debt, they will not be able to collect even in court.

317-559-1068 is a payday loan fraud scam.  They claim to be Kenbrooke Associates (Monica Stevens and "Anthony") and their landline is even listed as it.  They obtained every persons information from an identify fraud. I never received a payday loan but my "friend" did and I was listed as a contact.  What THEY DON'T KNOW is that I work in cybersecurity and fraud.  I have reported them to Peerless Network of Indiana.  Do not give them any information!  Hang up.
