Called my cell phone, didn't leave a message. Called the number back and only got dead air, no ringing or connection at all.

I got a call about an hour before this one, from (317) 559-0165, and it was a prerecorded car insurance commercial, with an opt-out choice included. I thought this might be another, but since I missed the call, I can't be sure.

I just got a call from this number about an hour ago. No voicemail & i haven't tried to call it back since i don't know who it is and if it was important or someone i know then they should've left a message.

I received a call this morning (answered it since the area code was my hometown) and a man said he was calling "in reference to a recent survey I completed online" (which I informed him was incorrect). He said it was to offer "job information for my area." I politely declined and he offered to send me the information anyway (no means no, buddy).
Seems like a scam to try to grab your personal information.
