Internet says they are magazine subscription people. I installed "call blocker lite" on my blackberry, programmed it to answer and disconnect, and the phone hasn't rung since, although the call log lists them as trying.  Not bad for a free app.

I got this call twice and it always started as "Hi!...we've been trying to reach you". The call was to tell me that I was entered into some kind of "Dreams Come True" contest. The first time I listened for a little bit and told them I wasn't interested; the second time I just hung up.
