I didn't answer a call from this number because the call ID said "Out of Area" rather than give me a name. I suspect a spammer scammer.

This number kept spamming the ever loving hell out of me (at least 10 times the past two days) yet left no voice-mail at all. I'm assuming its a scammer because they rarely leave voice-mails anymore.
