A robovoice with no foreign accent said in a monotone "Forward with a lawsuit and a legal allegation. Contact us as soon as possible on 317-315-1252."  Sounded like a phony IRS call with the beginning of the message cut off.  The call came to my cell phone in Rhode Island at about 4:15 PM Eastern time
