This caller is a DO NOT CALL list violator. This caller has criminal intent. Do not answer calls from this number. Recommend to block this number. Calls are made by a criminal organization from this number.

They've called me a few times. I just answered today but only said hello twice. The other caller didn't say anything and just hang up.

Answered a call from 317-315-1146 with "Hello". I speak only once. No one responded to my answer. I kept the line open for about 20 seconds. Not a sound from the other side. No caller I D was available except the number. It will go to my block number list.  Why I speak only once is because of automated calls. I learned that with one hello no one responded. If I spoke hello twice someone connected the line. The second hello always got someone on the line and I got a sales pitch.

Repeatedly calls after being asked to put on "Do Not Call" list!
