They call my house several times a day! Even on Sunday..I have caller ID so If I do not know the number I do not answer! They will never get ahold of me!

They call at least three times a day, everyday.  I don't answer and they won't leave a message.  I will never answer.  If I don't know the number, they have to leave a message.

This is 1 of 22 calls that I received with no caller ID in the past month. I am on the National & State DO NOT CALL LISTS, which are totally useless in my opinion. I bought a call blocker from Amazon. As I add more numbers the number of calls I get each month is going down. It used to be 60 or more a month. Can't count on the Federal government to do anything but take your money and waste it, so I spent $40 at Amazon and am getting better results.

The DNCR works by preventing legitmate business from calling. But it will not stop bogus operations since they do not follow the law. The best step you took was getting a call blocker.
