unknown number calling

Another hang up. Haven't been called by this number before.

This is a political pollster asking about the Governor's Race here in Indiana. He was using a machine but the moron was also trying to answer the line when you answered the phone. It was hilarious messing then up by asking unrelated questions. He was saying "what"" as the recording wih the woman's voice staying on track with the script.
