i keep getting this call and they dont leave a message

This number calls nonstop , morning, lunch, evening! We have tried everything to stop this.
They never leave message or answer with a greeting. Makes a person wonder if it is just a government tracking
call to see if it is a working or an occupied number. Why cant this be preventable? It is so annoying!

I keep getting calls from them too no message at all

They answered once. Said they were calling from Spark Energy and wanted to talk with the person that handled the Nipsco bill.I asked them not to call again and now I get 2-4 calls a day.

The calls are coming 2-3 times per day.  I believe I spoke to them at one point as well.  I just blocked the number on my phone so hopefully that will do the trick!
