STOP CALL THIS A CELL PHONE

Called me, when I answered, no one said anything.

Called me and then an automated voice named Sue came on and said I am sorry goodbye. Very strange.

Called today, I didnt answer.  I have decided to have questions ready for them when they call.  What's your name?  What comany do you  work for?  Where are located (state or country)?  How do you handle the (severe weather for that area)?  Been doing this long?... anything to waist their time as they waste mine.

When I answered this number, no one responded.
