Called and I answered the phone.  Introduced herself as Mandy from National Credit adjusters.  She wanted me to verify personal information (birth day, name, home address) over the phone to allow her to speak to me about the account.  I refused to verify personal information as she called me and I could not verify who she actually was, she seemed shocked that I wouldn't verify my information and didn't believe she was calling from this debt collector.  Call didn't start out with the typical "this is a debt collector and all information . . . ."  She was frustrated that I wouldn't divulge/verify my personal information.  This is not the first time they have called and not the first time that I have refused to verify personal information over the telephone with them.  They just don't get it.

Lady was rude and it was not even for me. looking for some heather thompson....called business phone number. We have had for over 10 years....
I thought it was a tela marker and was like please take me off your list and then 8 seconds later she picks up her side and asks says it is not a tela marketer and asks for the lady. I kind of laughed and said sorry you got the wrong number..(beacuse I thought being a T.M person and she really wanted someone I was going to tell her it was the wrong number) she was rude and said we will get another call......

I don't know who this is, I answered to find out but they hung up after a 17 sec silence. They've called me multiple times but never leave voicemails, and when I tried to look up the number it said it was a landline from Wichita Kansas but that the name was private. I'd really like them to stop calling.
