Yep, just got mine. This is a new one "the mediation dept". The last one was "if we don't hear from you, you will forfeit your right to counsel". Before that, it was "important legal documents have crossed my desk". There is no end!  Even when you turn it around on these morons and call the bluff, here comes another call a couple months later

Really annoyed. I got the same message as Sibley and Linkage.

I just received the same phone call- I didn't answer as I don't answer numbers I do not know, but they left a voice message same as above
"This is Karen Plack (?) with the mediation department for Ellen B mediation a formal complaint has been submitted against you and we need to speak to you or your retained attorney as soon as possible. Please be advised that is matter does require your immediate attention. My contact number is area code 316.633.4315. If we do not hear back from you or your retained attorney we will document your file and submit it for processing."

I attempted to call back, knowing I have NO outstanding debts, no collections, etc. it rang once and then turned to music for 10 minutes. I hung up and googled, and now believe it as a scam, hope they try and call back so I can speak with them.

I have gotten the exact same voice Mail.

They threatened me with litigation of some sort. I have no idea what this could be about.
