Got a call a little while ago, and since the caller ID showed this number which is in my town, I answered.  Believe it or not, it was Rachael from Card Services!!! Of course I hung up immediately, and when I tried to call the number back, to alert the person who owns the number, I got the recording that the number was disconnected.  She said this was my last chance... I sure hope so!
