Telemarketer - said I was eligible for a reduction in my auto insurance rates.

Auto Insurance scam

I did not answer, no message was left.  I assume it's an unimportant telemarketer.

Why is this automated message trying to sell me auto insurance and how did they get my cell phone number? Annoying!

I think some of these places have access to job resume's like Monster. They may have employer access which allows them to mine for numbers. I believe this because I added my cell phone number to my resume on Monster, and to one other nameless job board, and a day later I started getting telemarketers calling. Of course there are probably other places that a person would seem to have a reasonable expectations of some privacy which they can access.
