got a text from this # sat saying u won a 1,000 guft card from best buy---not replying cause didn't enter--read otjer #s and heard it was a 9.99 charge if u reply

Got voicemail from this number claiming the IRS was filing a lawsuit, and needed to call back. This is from Witchita KS - Cingular carrier.

When I picked up there was an automated recording saying they were the IRS and had been trying to contact me and I needed to call them back.  The IRS does not make phone calls like this.  This is clearly a scam.  DO NOT CALL THE #.  I've read on other posts it's a 900 type # that will incur charges if you do.  They called me again and I blocked it.  BLOCK THIS #

Got basically the same message as le so I will be blocking the number as well.
