IRS scam recording, claims they have a case against you and you better call them back. Um . . . that's not going to happen.

Recording claiming to be the IRS. Gives you a callback number and says they have a claim against you. It also says if you don't call them back it will go to Federal Court and you could be arrested. When I googled the number it says it is IJanta global Services in Nyack, New York.

I just got a call from this number trying to advise me I was being acused of tax fraud and was being audited from 2006 - 2014. When questioned as to why I haven't gotten certified mail and telling them I thought it was a scam they hung up on me.

Saying there was a legal petition filed against me. Call if I did not want it to go to federal court. Sounds like a scam to me.
