The guy said his name was Brad (he has some kind of African accent) and he said to return his call at 315-515-4708 or have you atty of record return his call as this was a time sensitive matter. He said don't disregard this call. If I don't return this call or have my atty return the call he wishes me good luck and may god bless me.

Stated a lawsuit would be filed in the morning, and they needed my lawyer's info that was going to represent me, when I asked questions, the guy became upset. Called three more times, it's a  scam.

I received a call from 315-515-4708, caller name Brad, he said to hold on for something and I said no I would not hold on, so he hung up.  I just filed a previous complaint to the consumerfinance.gov  I would suggest you do the same because its time to stop these people from harrassing us.

I.just received a called from these ppl at my place of employment this time his name was Ryan Taylor, he said to call him at 315-515-4708 with my attorneys information nd if i or.my attorney didnt returned his call that everything will fa upon me lol lol nd all he can do is wish me good luck.  Im glad i came in here nd saw all these post. Its def a scam i called back that number nd got.no answer.
