315-410-2068 is Robert James & Associates.  They are a scam payday loan debt collector.  They called me to tell me that I had to pay them, for an old payday loan that I had through SDS Processing. I called SDS Processing and they NEVER HEARD of Robert James and Associates.  Hang up on these fools; save yourself the trouble.

I received a call and did not answer. They left a message saying they were calling from RDA capital and were trying to contact my ex-husband. They have a court case that he is involved in in our county. I called back to inform them he is no longer tied to me so they cannot contact him through me. If it is a payday loan like the above message says I wouldn't be surprised if he scammed the company because he embezzled from a family company that is why we are no longer together. This could be a legit call.

People from this # has been calling me at my job, threatening me with a summons.  Wanting to talk to my attorney, or someone here.  I reported this to someone in our HR department, and they told me to let my attorney handle it.
They are trying to intinidate me, I'm not worried.  I don't have a clue why or what they are calling about.
