Eli Feingold called my cell phone, stating he was an investigator with the State Arbitration Division, and that I was listed as an emergency contact on my friends information. He asked me to relay the message to have her call him, and it's extremely urgent. Seemed really fishy to me. She's going to ignore it. If it's official, they can send her an official letter. If they have her work number and my cell number, they can get her mailing address too.

I received the same thing from the same person declaring motions against me for who knows what. Ignoring as well.

He handled the arbitration in our injury lawsuit with Target. The case is still pending so i'll let you know how it turns out.
