The person claimed to be calling from Washington DC and said there was an IRS warrant out for my arrest, unless i was willing to pay the $3,038 over the phone to avoid the arrest, sounded pretty shady and unbelievable. Had a heavy accent and the Names provided did not seem to relate to the accent.
