Does not even mention who, what, where, when.

received spam e mail - i delete spam looked up david d cooper he signed it david d cooper district attorney. legal action threatened. can't locate david d cooper he is not a district attorney. I would say this is not legit

Exactly the same wordings sent thru my e-mail at work and also left message at home. There is a case file against me at
the court house and resolve this issue to e-mail him back before going to the court. It seems like it real and true and you
are right zipcode is incomplete. I calle d this ace cash services if I owe them and said zero balance. I think this david cooper collects names that uses the services of this cash check company and threaten to sue even though you are already paid. It is very disturbing and annoying.
