Does anyone know if this is a real situation?

Ok, I looked up the number above; it's a landline in Rome NY. I also called it, and it has been disconnected. My evaluation: This whole deal is a fake. I don't know if someone can harvest phone numbers with this scam, but don't forward the "Tiffanny Rose Comb" text to anyone else. It's not real.
