Says they're from a Pharmacy company in the US and will ship medication but once i paid, now they want more money because they said my package was seized by customs. The other number connected with it is 561-372-6454

Scam .   I have no idea who this caller is but you need to let this one go far far away.   Certainly do not respond to them and under no circumstances send them more  money.  They called me and of course hung up on voice mail . They are calling under a different name - it's an Indian name -India is a country  where many of these drug scams originate. If customs has  seized the package you'll never see your product so let it go.  None of it makes any sense, regardless: Hypothetically,  if  "Dikon Group" shipped the package & customs seized it on *their* end -they got caught and owe *you* money.   If customs seized it on your end, how would Dikon know  unless they've already been arrested ?  It's a scam. Even if it was not, you'll never see that package - if you try to retrieve it or have it delivered  you will be arrested on the spot. My guess is that there is no medication package, no customs involvement , no Dikon Group.  You're a mark. Run !
